The Villa is situated 300 meters from the beach, restaurants and facilities and only a 25 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive into Kalkan town centre. Please note that the the elderly& infirm may find the terrain in Kalkan difficult for walking.

Outdoor Areas:
The large salt water pool and terrace areas with their travertine flooring and walls covered with local stone have a rustic charm all of their own. (Please note that the pool is not operational between the 1st November and 1 May unless agreed by agreed prior arrangement). The pool can also be heated during the early and late season for an additional charge. Please apply to owner.
The ample communal areas, afford one plenty of space for relaxation and privacy as well as opportunities for socializing and entertaining if you so wish.
There is also a large roof terrace with a kitchenette, bar & seating area and Ottoman Room all with spectacular sea views. Ideal for sun downers or just chilling.
There is an outside garden kitchenette with a BBQ, a pizza wood burning oven, plus an additional outdoor Paella making kit for you to enjoy the regions fresh produce.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. or terraces. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of your payment, together with the refundable damage deposit of £400 is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. The damage deposit will be will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, providing there has been no damages or breakages., Full payment, plus the refundable damage deposit, will be required, if booking date is less than 10 weeks before your arrival date.
There will be an additional nightly charge for any extra persons above 8 of £16pppn.
Check-in is after 16.00 and check-out by 10.00. If you require a late check-out please enquire is this is possibe at the time of booking. There is an additional charge for this.
There is an additional charge for pool heating if requested. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card through Paypal. Payments need to be made to kalamar.meltem@gmail.com If you do not have a PayPal account, please let us know and we will send a payment request from PayPal to your email address. There is an additional 4% charge for use of PayPal.
There is an additional £80 cleaning charge. This includes a mid stay clean for stays of 9 nights or more.
Additional maid service can be arranged for an additional cost. Please enquire at the time of booking.
Availability
The change over day is flexible depending on availability.
Check-in is after 4pm and check- out by 10 am. Depending on arrival/departure times of other guests to/from the villa we may be able to be flexible with check in/out time.
